Most of our items are available as preorders, which means your item is made just for you after your order is placed. This allows us to offer fresh designs without keeping large amounts of inventory.

How long does shipping take?

Preorder turnaround is typically 14-21 business days after the preorder closes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email.

Please note that holidays and high-volume seasons may extend processing times slightly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our items are custom-made, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Do you accept returns?

Since every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size or color preference.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to our size chart before ordering. Our tees have a relaxed unisex fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down.

Do colors look exactly like the photos?
